On April 4, 2024, the third transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project “TOGETHER FOR INCLUSION: Young People with Low Vision for Awareness and Associationism Worldwide” took place in Santiago de Chile (Chile).
The attendees present in person were: Luis (Redtree), Pablo and Pepe (ALBA), Daniel and Jose (Simplemente Amigos), Carolina, Diego, and Esteban (Albinos Chile). Additionally, the following representatives participated remotely: Mónica (ALBA), Corrado and Matteo (Aniridia Italiana), Irma, Oana, and Barbara (Aniridia EU).
After approving the agenda, the methodological guide and the manual for seeking assistance were presented and discussed in their almost final state, with the relevant layout, and the participants proposed the final improvements necessary for these intellectual materials. Once these materials are finalized and uploaded to the official website, pilot tests should be conducted in the entities, where young people from each entity will complete a survey that will be sent by ALBA.
In addition to both documents, changes made to the official project website were observed: www.sighttogether.eu, where participants discussed possible changes to add value to the website, which will be the place to collect all intellectual products.
Next, the videos and activities to be carried out in the project were discussed, as well as the involvement of each participating entity to ensure the highest possible quality. For this purpose, each entity must produce 2 VIRAL VIDEOS created by young people from the entity in a format suitable for social media, and upload them to their own networks before July, with the rest of the entities sharing them.
Finally, the guidelines for the multiplier events of each entity were established, along with the possible dates for reaching the maximum number of people.
To conclude the session, it was reminded to make the relevant social media posts for the project and to send images of people from the entity.
